We would like to integrate a Channel Account Manager (EMEA) to join our Sales Team.

Your role:
As Inside Sales, you would be part of a small and dynamic team working on different solutions for smart cities applications. You will help our sales team to reach and exceed targets. Your main responsibilities will include:
· Respond to information requests from distributors and key accounts. Be the first point of contact and qualify leads before passing the contact to the Key Account Managers.
· Prepare offers and quotes.
· Follow-up on new offers and service contract renewals.
· Understand the customer needs and establish Urbiotica solution as the best solution to provide desired business benefits, encouraging clients to buy extras and upgrades.
· Monitor tender published in the defined geographical areas using web tools and inform Sales Managers.
· Support Sales Managers in the business development process, helping to find new clients, sales channels, and distributors.
· Support Presales Manager by preparing commercial reports and presentations.
Requirements
· Education background in Sales, Marketing or Engineering (with a business focus).
· At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial department, preferably in a tech company.
· Experience in sales to the public-sector would-be a plus.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and creative thinker. Attention to detail. Team player.
· Ability to work to set deadlines, manage and prioritizing time when supporting a high workload across multiple sales opportunities.
· Good level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages would be a plus.
· Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
· Pack Office knowledge.
