Technical Sales Representative, you will provide technical support about our products while guaranteeing a positive customer experience. You’ll provide prompt, knowledgeable responses to each customer's specific needs, driving value and building strong relationships.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Handle technical enquiries for the entire portfolio:
solenoid valves, pressure/temperature switches, combustion sensors, pneumatics.Create and send offers based on customer needs, ensuring that quotations are technically accurate and sent on time.Provide recommended solutions, corrective actions, and technical assistance, ensuring all customer requests are properly handled.Collaborate with the Sales Team and generate leads through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities. Maintain and develop full knowledge of the product portfolio;
stay updated on new products and portfolio evolution, including product range changes, new product introductions, obsolescence, and replacements.Who You Are:

Technical background in Electronics, Mechanics, or Electrics, or equivalent professional experience.Good customer sense, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.Cooperative attitude and willingness to interact and work with others. Good command of English.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
