Client Success Specialist (Real Estate)

One Property Group is a fast-growing real estate agency specialising in new development properties for international buyers on the Costa del Sol. As demand continues to increase, we are looking for an organised, confident, and proactive Lead Qualification & Client Success Specialist to join our team in La Cala de Mijas.
This is a client-facing, communication-driven role — idóneo for someone who enjoys speaking with people, organising conversations, and helping clients move through the property-buying process.
This is NOT an admin job. Your impact will be directly connected to revenue, client experience, and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new inbound leads and call clients immediately
- Qualify international buyers (training provided)
- Schedule client calls, video consultations, and property tours
- Communicate with clients across phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Keep the CRM organised, updated, and continuously moving
- Follow up daily to convert interest into appointments
- Support the sales team with pipeline organisation and communication
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English (native or near-native) is essential
- Additional languages are a big plus.
- Confident, clear communicator, comfortable on the phone
- Fast, organised, and able to manage multiple conversations
- Professional, positive, and proactive mindset
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Motivated by structure, targets, and progression
- Previous customer-facing or phone-based experience is a strong plus
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required
