Part-Time Revenue Management Specialist (Support Role – IMMEDIATE START) We are looking for a part-time Revenue Management Specialist to support our existing team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in dynamic pricing, portfolio optimisation, and channel strategy across the major OTAs. What we’re looking for * Revenue Management Expertise Experience analysing demand patterns, seasonality, pacing, competitor benchmarks, and adjusting strategies accordingly. * Pricing Strategy Ability to set and optimise nightly rates, minimum stays, and promotional tactics to maximise occupancy and RevPAR without compromising brand positioning. * OTA Management Strong understanding of the main distribution channels – Airbnb, Booking.Com, VRBO, Expedia – and how to: – optimise listings – improve ranking and visibility – manage rate parity – adjust content, rates, and availability – monitor performance dashboards and conversion data * Reporting & Insights Ability to translate data into clear actions. Weekly and monthly revenue reports, forecasts, KPIs and recommendations. * Industry Knowledge Familiar with PMS / channel managers and ideally with luxury or high-end hospitality. This role is part-time, adaptable and perfect for someone with meticulous analytical skills and the ability to drive measurable improvement in portfolio performance.
