Job description We are looking for a Head of International Accreditations and Rankings to join the Quality and Institutional Relations team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening ENAE's national and international positioning, coordinating accreditation processes, participation in rankings, and strengthening networks of employers, alumni, and partner companies.
Main responsibilities Coordinate the institution's international accreditations (BGA, EFMD, AACSB), ensuring compliance with the standards and requirements of each accrediting body and supervising the associated audits and evaluations.
Manage applications for national and international rankings, such as El Mundo, Forbes, and QS, compiling and verifying data, and preparing the necessary reports and evidence.
Ensure participation in the QS Survey: identify and contact executives, senior managers, and academics who can provide a favorable opinion of the school; supervise the completion of surveys by employers and academics.
Prepare and organize the documentation required for accreditations and rankings, coordinating the collection of information with different departments (academic, administrative, and research) and supervising its correct presentation.
Follow up with graduates through the annual survey and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator; prepare employability and satisfaction reports.
Strengthen the network of collaborating companies and partners : maintain regular contact, manage registrations and cancellations in the CRM, and identify opportunities for collaboration (internships, projects, job boards).
Contribute to the development of agreements with other educational institutions, especially with international universities and business schools that share our mission.
Consolidate the International Alumni Network, in coordination with the offices and alliances in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic, promoting participation and networking.
Support centers of excellence and faculty : contact teachers, manage financial aid for publications, and update the registry of intellectual productions and teaching dedication in the ACADEM application.
Collaborate on strategic projects, such as the Columbus project, identifying companies and entrepreneurs, and follow up on research initiatives such as the survey on Human-Machine Relations and Artificial Intelligence.
Candidate profile University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, International Relations, Engineering, or similar; postgraduate training will be valued.
Previous experience in business school accreditation management, academic quality assurance, or participation in international rankings.
Knowledge of the accreditation standards of BGA, EFMD, AACSB, or other organizations, as well as ranking methodologies (QS, Forbes, El Mundo ).
Ability to handle data and prepare reports, with proficiency in office tools and CRM systems; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be valued.
Communication and negotiation skills to interact with executives, academics, and external entities, as well as to represent ENAE before international organizations.
High level of English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages will be valued.
Results-oriented, strategic vision, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
