1. Work with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to drive value and growth for both our customers and business
2. Take ownership of initiatives and ensure successful delivery from initiation to final outcome
3. Provide transparency on initiatives to the team and stakeholders
4. Influence and advice stakeholders on the best course of action
5. Keep uptodate on the advancements in the area of machine learning and AI
6. Lead and mentor data scientists
7. Act as an evangelist for machine learning and AI
8. Adhere to company values create and maintain a friendly working environment
9. What you need to succeed:
Job Requirements
Bring your unique perspective speak up and offer disruptive solutions Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team Heres what you need to succeed:
Degree in a quantitative field Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Physics Engineering or other quantitative fields;
5 years ofrelated experience as a Data Scientist AI expert or Machine Learning engineer;
A solid understanding of relevant statistical data processing and machine learning methods and their implementation usingstandard open source frameworks;
Experienced withbuilding production ready machine learning solutions and MLOps;
Experienced Python developer Other programming languages are a plus;
Experiencewith cloud platforms and scalable solutions;
Experiencecreating solutions powered by Generative AI specially Large Language Models and LLM frameworks likeLangChain will be a plus;
Written and oralcommunication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot ChatGPT or other AIpowered coding assistants Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into software development workflows AIEnhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code streamline development processes and enhance productivity Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as pair programmers to complement traditional software development practices
