Role Overview
* Ambition – Drive strategic market penetration and establish Wireless Logic as the leading IoT provider in Latin America. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to capitalise on emerging market opportunities.
* Team Structure – Reports to the Sales Director, Spain.
* Market Mastery – Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve significant revenue growth in the Latin American market.
* Relationship Architect – Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
* Solution Strategist – Lead the development and delivery of complex, tailored IoT solutions to meet the needs of Latin American businesses.
* Lead Generation & Pipeline Management – Oversee and optimise the lead generation process, ensuring a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
* Market Intelligence & Analysis – Provide in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
* Performance & Reporting – Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights to senior management.
* Collaboration & Influence – Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success and promote growth in the LATAM region.

* Strategic Sales Leadership – 5+ years in senior business development or sales management with a focus on strategic market expansion.
* IoT / Telecom Acumen – Strong knowledge of IoT technologies and telecommunications solutions.
* Executive-Level Communication – Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
* Strategic Thinking & Execution – Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth.
* CRM & Sales Analytics – Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
* Language Proficiency – Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Bonus skills – Knowledge of Portuguese.
