**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Process Analyst in the IFF GSS Team you will support all the phases of Process Mining projects, from concept to implementation. Your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Supporting end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various processes
- Revealing process inefficiencies & bottlenecks and turning those insights into actions
- Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards and process execution instruments
- Use state-of-the-art process analytics and transformation technologies
**TO BE DEVELOPED ON THE JOB**:
This role builds upon existing analytical skills and system knowledge and provides an opportunity in developing key competencies such as business acumen, decision making, and innovation. The role will demand strong ability to recognize, explore to help explain variances, trends and deviations from plan, and will require the individual to be operate a tight network in each business for clear trends understanding.
**Job Requirements**:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in Computer Science and/or Engineering and/or Business
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization
- Basic computer programming skills (SQL)
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to upskill in Process Mining
- Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a big plus
- Strong communication skills: ability to explain solutions in person and in writing
- English is a must, proficiency in other European languages is highly desired
