Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
To understand the business environment promptly and establish effective customer relationships, you must:
1. Collect relevant market information.
2. Design work plans.
3. Visit potential and existing clients to generate sales leads and analyze client needs.
4. Coordinate internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects.
5. Organize and execute PR activities, such as communication conferences with clients.
Tendering
To ensure successful project bidding, you must:
1. Evaluate company capabilities to meet client needs.
2. Lead tender proposal and document preparation based on client RFPs.
3. Determine project scope with technical and business departments based on client requirements and submit tender proposals.
4. Visit clients periodically to update requirements and revise project documents accordingly.
5. Participate in contract negotiations.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or equivalent.
Skills
* Good knowledge of the telecommunications business in the Spanish market.
* Good knowledge of telecommunication products/solutions, including ZTE and competitors.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
