About the Role We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, Sales roles to help us scale our fast-growing, international B2B sales organization in our Barcelona hub. This role is key to executing our strategic hiring roadmap and doubling our sales FTE by 2027. You’ll be responsible for driving the full sales recruitment strategy, from agency management to candidate experience, from hiring roadmap design to performance tracking. You will work closely with sales leaders, manage external partners and shape our employer brand in collaboration with people & culture and marketing.
