We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated professional to join the Legal Department as a Corporate Lawyer.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and review of commercial contracts (in Spanish and English): NDA, CPA, Supply and Distribution, QTA, Agency, LOI, Comfort Letters, Services, and Intercompany agreements. Participation in the review of MSA contracts.
Contract management: administration of the contract database.
Corporate secretarial duties for group companies: preparation of board and shareholders' meeting minutes; maintenance of corporate books; drafting of powers of attorney and amendments to bylaws; coordination with notaries and the Commercial Registry.
Insurance management: creation and maintenance of a database of the group's active insurance policies. Support to the Legal Director in monitoring insurance coverage.
Support in day‐to‐day operations: handling legal queries from different departments; assisting various teams with routine matters such as completing forms, providing legal documentation, etc.
Support in Compliance and ESG: review of policies, assistance with ESG reporting and internal reporting. Support in the personal data protection system. Assistance in the implementation and monitoring of the risk map.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a corporate Lawyer in a law firm or in‐house.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (C1).
Strong legal technical skills.
Business‐oriented mindset.
