Customer Service Specialist
for our office in Sant Quirze del Vallès. The role involves managing the full order cycle with international distributors, ensuring timely responses, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction while coordinating export operations in compliance with international trade regulations.Responsibilities include:
Maintaining strong relationships with international distributors and ensuring their satisfaction.Managing the entire order process from receipt to delivery, collaborating with internal departments.Ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.Coordinating export operations, ensuring compliance with customs and trade laws.Preparing documentation for international shipments, including LC, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.Requirements:
Minimum of five years' experience in a Customer Service Export Department, preferably in the aesthetics or medical equipment sector.Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, proactivity, and flexibility.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, CFGS in International Trade, or related fields.Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
knowledge of ERP Dynamics is a plus.Fluent in French and English;
additional languages are a plus.What we offer:
