At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a talented Process Operation Assistant with fluent Spanish, Chinese and English to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices. Main responsibilities: 1. Process support: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business processes and procedures. 2. Workflow monitoring: Monitor and report on process performance, productivity, quality, and safety metrics. 3. Data management: Compile data, create reports, and maintain records related to business processes. 4. Communication: Coordinate with internal and external parties, answer inquiries, and help disseminate information in a timely manner. 5. Team assistance: Provide support to team members, help with daily tasks, and ensure workflow consistency. Manage complex calendar set-up and movement Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies Providing comprehensive and administrative support to ensure efficient operations at the office Requirement Hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Have 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset. High level of English, Spanish and Chinese; Ability to manage multiple tasks and Microsoft package; Conditions of the position Contract Type: Indefinite Location: Madrid. 100% on-site Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00 with the breaks established by law Salary range: €. 200 per month in restaurant card Grow and evolve with us!
