Who you'll work with : You will join our Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) department within our global Customer Practice, focusing on driving growth and developing knowledge, expertise, and products related to customer-centric activities such as casework, client development, marketing, and training. Our portfolio includes B2B Commercial Excellence and B2C Marketing Customer Experience.
Where you'll fit within the team : This role is for a Practice Solution Senior Manager focusing on B2C Marketing and Customer Experience, covering areas essential for organic growth in B2C or B2B2C companies, including brand, value proposition, marketing, and customer experience.
What you'll do : Collaborate with marketing and the broader practice team to maximize results, support commercial opportunities, develop and deploy new products and IP, evaluate marketplace dynamics, and support strategic initiatives. You will also develop practice strategies, manage global practice alignment, and build the practice's brand through marketing and PR activities.
About you : Passionate about Marketing and Customer Experience, with 8+ years of experience, preferably in marketing and CX, with expertise in designing or leading sales and ecosystems for consumer companies. Skilled in business research, analysis, and deriving pragmatic insights, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
