RUCKUS Networks is seeking dedicated, forward-thinking, and driven people to join their team for upcoming roles as a Sales Development Representative, based in Madrid, Spain. The role is versátil, meaning you will need to commute to our offices in Alcobendas (Madrid) to be with the wider EMEA team, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursday. You are allowed to work from home on Monday and Friday.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As an SDR, you will be an integral part of the sales engine, collaborating with RUCKUS Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Sales Leadership to identify and generate new business opportunities. You will help position RUCKUS solutions through our partner ecosystem to new end‑users, helping drive growth in key market segments.

In this role, you will leverage sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Orum to execute targeted outbound campaigns, identify new prospects, and generate customer meetings within your assigned verticals and accounts. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound leads, converting them into qualified opportunities, and managing the full lead lifecycle in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate qualification and dispositioning.

You will actively research target accounts to build a strong pipeline of opportunities, applying creative thinking and AI‑powered tools to enhance outreach strategies and improve demand generation efforts. A key part of your role will involve cold calling, engaging potential customers, and confidently overcoming objections to create meaningful connections. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure seamless lead handoff by providing a complete profile of each opportunity along with clear next steps, contributing to a consistent and effective sales process.

We do not offer visa sponsorship or support for work permit applications. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Spain full time and be able to provide valid documentation (Social Security number, NIE, TIE, DNI) as part of the hiring process.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

- Arabic and English (additional European languages are a big plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a “no‑excuses” mentality.
- High energy and intensity, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets.

- Gulf Arabic speaker (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, etc.).
- Currently in an SDR role and are eager for your next career opportunity.
- Aspire to advance into an Inside Sales Account Management position, with opportunities for career progression into roles such as Commercial Account Executive or Field Sales for those who excel and master the art of selling.
- Are a recent college graduate who can demonstrate creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Have experienced the benefits of coaching, whether through sports, arts, business, or other pursuits, and can apply that experience to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive sales environment.
- Familiar with sales prospecting tools such as Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Orum, and are comfortable leveraging technology to drive sales results.
