Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our commercial organization in Spain and this role you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales plan for several business lines (spare parts in the industrial agricultural and construction sector) ensuring the achievement of agreed sales objectives and sustainable business growth.
Your role and responsibilities
Develop and implement a long-term commercial focus on external partnerships strategic investments and innovation (3 years ahead).
Translate the regional strategy as defined by the Regional VP into concrete operational plans for your market or segment and ensure their effective execution.
Take full ownership of the P&L performance within your region and provide clear direction to your team to achieve strategic objectives.
