At Capitole, we are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join a strategic project for one of our major international partners in the insurance sector. If you are passionate about automation, security-by-design, and modern cloud ecosystems, this is your next big challenge.
You will play a pivotal role in mentoring development teams, enforcing DevSecOps best practices, and managing complex Azure DevOps configurations. This is a hands-on role where a \"get-it-done\" attitude and technical excellence are key to establishing common ground across transversal teams.
We're looking for someone with:
* 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
* 5+ years of proven experience in Azure DevOps and Azure services (App Insights, Alerts, Logic Apps).
* Deep expertise in OpenShift and IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
* Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or TypeScript.
* Solid grasp of DevSecOps practices: CI/CD strategies, Branching strategies, and SAST.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to influence and manage remote teams.
In this role you'll:
* Mentor and empower development teams in DevSecOps culture and practices.
* Manage and configure the Azure DevOps platform to ensure peak efficiency.
* Define and promote global DevSecOps standards across the organization.
* Collaborate with Cloud Services and Architecture teams to reach technical agreements.
* Execute detailed technical tasks with a hands-on and problem-solving mindset.
* Adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid).
Contract: Permanent.
Languages: English C1 (Advanced).
