This position will support the testing research associates and breeding specialist from the testing team to deliver creative solutions to complex business problems using advanced field operations, equipment, analytics, and cutting‑edge automation techniques.
Key deliverables include: (i) operations that enable decisions driving pipeline advancement and placement; (ii) delivery of an integrated product system commercial portfolio addressing market needs with the highest data quality.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Create an integrated management team ensuring correct day‑to‑day operations for the grower field trials.
- Effective collaboration with testing research associates and breeding specialists, pipeline enablement associates, breeding operations, executing quality data collection and entry into enterprise systems.
- Support successful planning to generate needed testing trials and quality data for product advancement and efficient functioning of the breeding programs.
- Collect data pipelines using the most advanced phenotyping tools supporting pipeline data generation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve established procedures, and lead troubleshooting activities through root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications & Competencies:
- Education: Agronomic studies, B.S. in Plant Breeding, Crop Science or related field
- Demonstrated ability to execute breeding project plans, analyze and interpret breeding data.
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast‑paced, dynamic, team‑based environment. Manages multiple projects and priorities.
- Capacity to communicate and work effectively with all management levels in a multi‑cultural organization.
