Maintain mise en place levels to ensure a seamless flow during service, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
Continue honing your craft to master all sections of the kitchen, expanding your expertise under the guidance of senior chefs
Check incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper storage and actively monitoring to reduce waste
Prepare dishes according to recipes and oversee the work of junior team members to maintain Roka's exceptional standards
Support and train commis and demi chefs, fostering their growth and creating a collaborative, high-performing team
