As a Senior Group Financial Controller you will work at the international level and with all business and corporate activities of Mantu;
Present monthly financial results and business trends to the Controlling Manager and Group CFO, and share the reports with the Group Executive CommitteeReview monthly financial statements provided by the different activities of the Group, and engage with Financial Directors to assess and challenge the performance of their segmentsDeliver a timely synthesis of Mantu’s global financial performance with qualitative insights for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the Mantu BoardMonitor the evolution of key indicators and keep senior leadership informed about the Group’s financial positionEnsure the global accuracy of financial statements by checking key reliability indicators (intercompany reconciliations, shared services re-invoicing, analytical allocations, etc.)Benchmark Mantu’s performance (profitability, growth) against peers in the global consulting industryLiaise with internal auditors and supervise internal controls to ensure operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable regulationsProduce ad hoc financial analyses as required by senior managementManage and mentor a Financial AnalystProfile :
