About the role
As a BDR, you play a key role in executing and maintaining our multi-channel service. Therefore, your primary focus is generating leads for our customers through direct outreach and automated sales campaigns. Additionally, you assist the sales consultants in prospecting efforts to generate new customers.
What would your day-to-day look like?
For our customers :
* Reply handling & follow-ups: Manage responses from email campaigns, nurture leads, and move them through the sales funnel.
* Lead qualification: Identify potential prospects, assess their fit, and schedule meetings for our customers.
* Proactive prospecting: Research and identify new opportunities through alternative outreach methods (e.g., cold calling, direct approach on LinkedIn).
Internal Support for the Sales Team :
* Inbox management & reply handling: Support the team by managing inquiries and responses from potential prospects.
* Cold calling & outreach: Assist in pushing potential prospects through the sales funnel by engaging them via calls and emails.
Overall Responsibilities :
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, status updates, and prospect information in the CRM system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success (CS) and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
Requirements
* Experience: Background in customer-facing roles (e.g., B2B sales, business development) in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
* German: Native speaker or strong professional proficiency (C1+ level).
* English: Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivation: Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
* Resilience & ambition: “Quick start” mentality with high production output.
* Adaptability: Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
