Currently we need to reinforce our Human Resources team by incorporating an
Global HR Technician.
Your Role
Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV's selection, interviews)Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruitsImplementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policiesPerformance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targetsFluid communication with the staff of the subsidiariesPreparation of reportsOrganisation of internal/corporate company eventsEntering and updating staff data in the systemManagement of documentation/recordTime management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.Realization/updating of HR department procedures involving subsidiaries (in the local language of each subsidiary, mainly in English)
Your Skills and Experience
At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.Higher education in Business Administration, Labour Relations or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.Essential high level of English.Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
