YOUR MISSION
You will partner closely with our Retail Leaders and the rest of the HR Team to act as a strategic partner and guardian of the employee experience, ensuring people initiatives drive engagement, performance and a culture of care and growth.
Missions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Influence, challenge, and develop relations of trust with managers to support them in building successful and diverse teams across different markets.Work closely with the retail direction to identify needs in each store and manage the full employee lifecycle.Deliver responsive and effective day-to-day HR services and solutions to the retail team including Manpower planning, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning and Performance Management.Provide consultation and coaching to the retail leadership team regarding employee relations issues.Collaborate with the other members of HR (i.E. Compensation & Benefits) to create relevant talent solutions to support the business.Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decision.Keep abreast of talent market trends and HR best practices and be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance.Profil
PROFILE
You hold a master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.At least 5 years of experience in a HR generalist or similar role, ideally from retail or hospitality.You are agile, have a strong sense of service and excellence and enjoy working in fast paced international environments with multi-cultural teams where your ability to listen and make rational analysis of a situation are well known strengths.You are hands-on, enjoy ambiguity and thinking out of the box.You are comfortable multi-tasking and highly organized.Fluent English is mandatory for this role. Any other language of our Mediterranean Countries is an advantage (Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese, Greek, Russian, French, Hebrew)Frequent travel is essential.
