We are seeking a proactive, driven, and self-reliant Area Sales Manager to spearhead growth in underserved regions. This is a hands-on sales position focused on growing revenue by operating the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to assisting during demos and patient trials, as well as nurturing long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, fairs, networking, and industry events.
2. Drive product adoption by negotiating pricing and terms to ensure successful sales closures with clinics.
3. Independently manage presence at regional trade fairs and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
4. Order Management: Oversee the full sales process, including recording orders in the CRM/ERP system and ensuring seamless collaboration with production and logistics teams.
Ideal candidate profile:
* Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in prosthetics, kinesiology, sports sciences, or engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in prosthetics or orthotics.
* Proficiency in the local language(s) and English.
* Strong practical tech skills for smooth sales operations (e.g., connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up a 4G hotspot).
* Proficiency in Google Suite, email management, and good CRM practices.
* Valid driver’s license.

* 60-minute in-person interview with the Chief Sales Officer.
