Recruitment Coordinator (PT 24h) - IT/ ES/ PT
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you facilitate the hiring of talented and diverse colleagues who share our company values and ambitions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you support and collaborate with store hiring managers on recruitment best practices, including I&D, candidate experience, recruitment processes, and onboarding, contributing to the success of recruitment KPIs. This role covers Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
* Guide hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies, offer recommendations, and provide useful insights. Secure their commitment to select the right candidates within an agreed timeline, contributing to recruitment KPIs.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales advisor roles, including organizing assessment centers in key cities, ensuring candidates receive quality feedback and a positive experience.
* Train and coach hiring managers on best practices for successful assessment centers.
* Ensure timely adherence to established routines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by following up with hiring managers for each job opening.
* Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with CV screening and organizing interviews for store management positions.
* Monitor KPIs, identify areas of strength and opportunities, and ensure appropriate actions are taken to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
* Collaborate with H&M Group HR colleagues within the region to stay informed on labor market insights, salary and benefits, and legal requirements.
As a specialist in a multibrand network organization, you understand stakeholder needs and involve them effectively. Your excellent communication skills enable you to adapt to various stakeholder requirements.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
* Experience supporting recruitment activities as a coordinator or support role
* Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both verbal and written
* Experience in supporting others' growth through constructive feedback
* Preferably experience in coaching and training store management teams
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload efficiently, finding fulfillment in routine tasks
* Attention to administrative details and adherence to set processes
* Sales-driven and result-oriented mindset
* Experience with one of the Portfolio Brands is advantageous
This is a fixed-term, part-time contract until the end of February 2026, for 24 hours per week, based in Barcelona. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
