Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the Global Lending team within Santander CIB to originate and structure debt solutions for clients, spanning working capital and Capex needs. You will work with cross-functional teams across regions, contributing to product development and strategic initiatives such as portfolio management, liquidity optimization, and sustainability. You will help grow Santander’s footprint by evaluating opportunities and shaping commercial proposals that are competitive in international markets. - Manage a line of business within defined geographies from origination to deal execution
- Provide specialist structuring guidance to Product and Coverage teams on opportunities
- Act as a thought leader to deliver a distinctive and competitive proposition

- Minimum 5 years' experience in structuring or origination within banking, consulting, or audit
- Strong proactive problem-solving and independent execution
- Background in financing structures
- Exposure to cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional risk (preferred)
- Cash flow modelling, financial analysis, and credit assessment of complex structures
- Ability to negotiate legal documentation (security packages, intercreditor arrangements, etc.)
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary deal teams and interacting with senior stakeholders (preferred)
- English and Spanish (required)
