**The Role: Customer Success Intern**
We are looking for interns who are passionate about sustainability and are eager to learn and grow in a start-up environment. You'll be part of a team whose mission is to take care of our customers and generate renewals, upselling and cross-selling, by understanding their sustainable goals and strategies, adapting our service to their needs and helping them make the most of our product.

**Challenges You'll Tackle**:
- Account Support and Analysis: Work with leading companies to help them achieve their sustainability goals. Design each client's content strategy and oversee all aspects of their sustainability journey.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and strategies to optimize workflows, contributing to the seamless integration of our ESG solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Product team to bridge the gap between client requirements and platform scalability.
**Our Idóneo Match Should Have**:
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Project Management, or similar.
- High degree of customer orientation
- Proactive mindset
- Correct oral and written expression in Spanish and English.
- Fluent handling and agile learning capacity of digital tools (Google, Slack, Miro,...).
- Authorization to do an internship and live in Spain.
