Accelerate Innovation and Revenue Growth for High-Potential Software Partners

Are you a strategic sales professional passionate about empowering software companies to transform their business through cloud technology? Join our dynamic team and drive breakthrough growth for AWS and our most innovative Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).



Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for high-potential ISV partners
- Build and nurture relationships across multiple organizational levels, from C-suite executives to technical teams
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement cloud solutions that drive business growth
- Advocate for customer needs while aligning with AWS business objectives
- Manage complex sales cycles and expand business opportunities within strategic ISV accounts

As an AWS Strategic ISV Account Manager, you'll collaborate with innovative software companies, helping them unlock new revenue streams and technological possibilities. Your day will involve strategic planning, relationship building, and creating tailored cloud solutions that propel our partners' success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of full sales cycle experience in technology sales, business development, or sales engineering
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic customer relationships
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology sales processes


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce
- Background in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems
- Proven track record of developing profitable partner ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
- Deep understanding of the software/ISV industry landscape
