Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Graduate Engineer include managing their own project work items, actively sharing knowledge across the team, and working closely with delivery teams to carry out thorough and efficient testing according to team processes and standards. You will create accurate test plans, execute them, and ensure all issues and risks are raised and managed to completion. A keen eye for detail and a focus on quality are essential for thorough and well-organized testing phases.
