As a Product Learning Expert in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, you act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, driving business process management & mining methodology and thought leadership across SAP Signavio and the SAP ecosystem. You ensure that SAP Signavio best practices are integrated into scalable knowledge assets, training, and other formats to support customers in building successful EA practices that facilitate business transformation. Due to the integration of LeanIX, Lia De Kruif serves as a proxy Manager; more information about the actual manager will be provided during recruitment. This role is based in Madrid, and relocation may be necessary if you're not nearby.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
* Own and drive business process management & mining methodology across SAP Signavio, SAP, customers, and partners from a product enablement perspective.
* Further evolve SAP Signavio best practices within the SAP ecosystem.
* Guide expert conversations internally and externally with customers and partners.
* Distill product knowledge on process excellence in finance and procurement.
* Collaborate with the LeanIX Product Team and subject matter experts from Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to derive Signavio best practices.
* Build an engaging learning curriculum for customers, partners, and employees, utilizing innovative formats and channels like YouTube.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Passionate Process & Mining expert with 10+ years of experience in process consulting or as a Business Process Manager.
* Expertise in processes and mining, especially in procurement and finance.
* Empathic individual with excellent coaching skills to engage with C-level executives.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP Signavio, with practical experience in mining and processes.
* Personality with a challenger mindset, safeguarding SAP Signavio standards and driving impactful discussions.
* Autonomous team player capable of handling strategic topics and connecting with other teams.
