Missions
Ensure the monitoring and analysis of profitability against budgetary objectives.
Establish improvement projects and corrective action plans.
Analyze special projects defined by the Plant Finance Controller.
Activities
1. Productivity:
Responsible for the accounting framework.
Manage action plans to ensure accurate financial statements and production cost adjustments.
2. Unit price and hourly rates:
Participate in the preparation of unit prices and verify their consistency with the technical department and update changes in the information system.
Calculate hourly rates.
3. Profitability studies:
As part of the strategic progress, the analysis of financial issues is guaranteed, and recommendations are made regarding priority areas of work.
Participate in impact and profitability studies of projects.
Conduct studies on return on investment for equipment.
In the event of price, margin, or other changes in plant performance compared to budget targets, analyze the causes and establish and monitor action plans.
Analyze and monitor the margin of each product.
CAPEX: Follo-up and Control.
4. Budget & Reports:
Support the management of annual budget, strategic plan and monthly forescast of the plant.
Ensure budget preparation with the Finance Controller.
Participate in process closing with the Department.
Participate in monthly actions for internal and external client.
Be part of the defined inventory and management control policy.
5. Progress:
Participation in group activities to promote best practices in management control.
Participation in internal working groups within your area of responsibility.
Coordination of internal and external financial audits.
Support in integration processes.
Eduaction/Competences requirements
Master in Finance or Administration
3 year' experience in Controlling in automotive or industrial sector
Good English skills (B1, preferred B2)
Excel - SAP - PowerBI
Data analysis
Knowledge of finance
Scoop software
Analytical skills
Communication skills
