Here in Spain ), we operate 5 resorts (two in the Canary Islands, two on the mainland, and our Paguera location in Mallorca), with over 250 employees during peak season.What you can expectReporting to the Head of Group Controlling, you will be responsible for the financial, administrative and legal management of the Spanish subsidiary.- Personnel management of the local finance and accounting and HR team (team of 5)- Responsibility for the following areas:
accounting, taxes, controlling, HR and contracts.- Monthly and annual reporting to the Headquarters.- Oversee all general HR matters and lead the country-level implementation of our corporate HR strategy.- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.- Representation of the Spanish subsidiary vis-à-vis external authorities and external stakeholders as well as with the president of our Spanish board- Sparring partner for the resort managers of the 5 locations in Spain, country head of operations and headquarters- Responsible for all questions regarding our Spanish subsidiaryWhat you bring along- Experience in comparable positions in Spain for at least five years- Track record ideally in either of the following industries:
