Drive exponential growth of Cainiao’s Out-of-Home (OOH) network by owning a full-funnel partnership engine: from cold outreach → qualified lead → signed agreement → activated location. You are measured not by sites installed, but by pipeline health, conversion rate, and revenue-per-partner.
Job Description
- Pipeline Generation & Lead Sourcing: Own end-to-end lead generation; build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: Digital, Offline, Referral.
- Identify and acquire high‑potential OOH host partners such as convenience stores, pharmacies, transit hubs, real estate developers, and service networks.
- Define and track Pipeline KPIs: leads per month, conversion rate, pipeline coverage.
- Develop and deploy standardized partner qualification frameworks.
- Negotiate and close agreements with speed and precision.
- Marketing‑Led Demand Generation: Co‑create and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer adoption and repeat usage.
- Measure campaign ROI.
- Partner with Marketing to develop co‑branded assets.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B partnership development, retail network expansion, or growth marketing; ideally in logistics, e-commerce, fintech, or mobility.
- Strong negotiator, storyteller, and data interpreter.
- Experience with team management.
- Fluent in English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Builder mindset: thrive where strategy meets execution—and measure impact in growth, not just activity.
- Proven success launching 100+ physical touchpoints (e.g., parcel lockers, EV charging).
