To strategically lead and maximize the profitable growth of our assigned top-tier national accounts across the national scope.
This involves full P&L; ownership, securing favorable commercial agreements, and driving superior distribution and portfolio expansion to achieve an aggregate annual volume target.Lead the negotiation and execution of comprehensive annual commercial plans with assigned National Key Accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's Commercial Policy.Assume full P&L; responsibility for the assigned portfolio, focusing on maximizing account profitability and strategically managing trade spending, promotions, and commercial tariffs.Actively identify and prospect potential new partners at a national level.Proactively conduct continuous market surveillance, focusing on competitor activities, category trends, and shifts in customer strategy, to inform and adapt our negotiation approach and commercial plans.
