This position is key to ensuring an excellent user experience, maintaining IT service continuity, and guaranteeing the proper functioning of the local technological environ
ment.
What will y
* ou do:Provide on-site (proximity) support to users, resolving incidents related to devices and office equi
* pment.Manage IT inventory, including stock checks and warehouse co
* ntrol.Coordinate the shipment and reception of equipment between of
* fices.Prepare and configure equipment (laptops, desktops, and mobile devices), ensuring proper
* setup.Keep IT assets updated in corporate management
* tools.Collaborate as local technical support in internal pro
* jects.Act as a point of contact between users and technical teams, facilitating fast incident resol
* ution.Execute service requests following established procedures and stan
* dards.Provide support for meetings and events, including room setup and c
hecks.
