Our client is a prominent leader in the online payments industry, offering both software and hardware solutions for digital payments. Job Description: As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility is to provide top-notch support to customers, handling both technical and administrative inquiries via phone, chat, and email. This includes assisting customers with installations and configuring their terminals or online payment solutions, troubleshooting reported problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Training: The training and onboarding period will span 4 to 6 weeks, beginning with a 1-week initial training conducted in the office. An interactive mentoring system will be implemented, allowing you to work alongside a colleague. Working Hours: Throughout the project, working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-20:00, and Saturdays, 10:00-14:00. Please note that working hours may vary during the training period. Qualifications: Preferably, candidates should have experience in a call center, possess strong communication and social skills, maintain a positive attitude towards changes, demonstrate a team spirit, have good listening skills, and possess a service-oriented approach with the ability to handle conflicts constructively.
