As an Inside Account Manager, you will own the full sales cycle for your customer portfolio, driving growth through consultative selling and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a high‑impact role that blends commercial performance, customer experience, and technical insight.
This role is located in Spain, Terrassa and got hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities :
Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity development to long-term customer loyalty.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline with evidence-based forecasting and improved conversion rates.
Engage multiple stakeholders and connect proposals to measurable business outcomes.
Conduct win/loss reviews and update account plans accordingly.
Identify internal bottlenecks and suggest process or tool improvements.
Coach peers on discovery quality, objection handling and effective CRM documentation.
Protect price integrity and propose deal structures balancing growth and delivery risks.
Provide clear, data-driven insights during monthly business reviews and planning sessions. xsgfvud
Use your technical understanding of automation — ideally pneumatic technologies — to guide customers toward the right product and application choices.
