The Role
We’re looking for an ASO Artist — a Graphic Designer specialized in creating visual content for mobile app stores — to join our team. Your main focus will be designing assets that help our apps stand out, attract downloads, and convert users. From app icons and screenshots, to promotional banners and store feature graphics, you’ll ensure our products look irresistible on every platform.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to craft visuals that boost engagement, brand identity, and growth.

What you’ll do
- Design app store assets (icons, screenshots, promotional banners, videos) to maximize visibility, downloads, and conversion. - Collaborate with Marketing to create ad creatives and social media visuals that align with store campaigns. - Develop and refine logos, branding elements, and style guides for our apps. - Produce in-app graphic assets (illustrations, images, UI elements when needed). - Ensure consistency and high-quality across all visual touchpoints. - Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketers to support product launches and growth.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with strong focus on app store design or ASO-related visual assets. - Portfolio showcasing experience designing for app stores, marketing campaigns, logos, and other digital products. - Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant tools. - Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail, typography, and composition. - Understanding of how visuals impact app downloads, conversion, and user engagement. - Ability to adapt style depending on product and target audience. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Nice to have
- Experience creating video assets, motion graphics, or animations for app stores or campaigns. - Familiarity with performance marketing design (ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). - Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
