What will you do
Manage Academy activities for Iberia embedding our Heartist Culture in all L&D initiatives. Bring to life the 3 major Academy pillars : Leadership and Culture Operational Excellence Ethics and Compliance
Advise and support Accor hotels (135 properties in Spain and Portugal) and head offices on implementing L&D actions in the region.
Plan and organize innovative trainings managing a team of external trainers.
Oversee Academy offer pricing billing and ensure training activity is tracked and reported.
Lead the Academy sales strategy;
identify pursue and convert business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven background in learning & development delivery and design.
High level of proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese (spoken and written) is required
Experience in project management and driving L&D initiatives across regions or sectors.
Strong business acumen;
ability to translate strategy into actionable growth plans.
Dynamic leadership and coaching skills;
team management expertise.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
