Due to this steady progress, we are looking for a Business Developer to join our team in Madrid.

Are you a driven, high-energy professional with a native command of Italian, strong Spanish skills, and a solid grasp of the Italian and Spanish markets? We're looking for an ambitious deal-maker with excellent communication skills who is ready to help us forge new partnerships and close deals for our partners.

The ideal candidate welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales and creative efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for the introduction of several innovative IT solutions into the Southern European Market. Together with other Business Developers, you will be in charge of the entire sales process, i. e., making the first contact, managing your accounts, and closing deals. You will think of effective market approaches and set up lead lists with the back-office team.

Your other characteristics:

* You have a higher education bachelor’s or university degree.
* Bilingual in Italian and Spanish and a good command of English
* 2 or 3 years of professional experience in a commercial position / sales / account management role.
* Previous knowledge of technology is optional
* You are based in Madrid.
* You are available for immediate hiring.
* Proactive attitude in acquiring new business opportunities.
* Highly autonomous, able to work with minimal oversight.
* Good organization and time management skills.
* Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.
* Team player (very important).
* You have a sense of humor.
