 
        
        SEK International School Catalunya is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager with a minimum B2 level of English and fluency in Catalan. This is a newly created role designed to support both the marketing strategy and commercial development of the school, aligned with the Group’s central guidelines.
Mission
We are seeking a strategic and highly hands-on professional who combines marketing vision with business development and strong relationship-building skills. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and adapting the marketing and commercial development strategy for the school, in close collaboration with the central headquarters.
This role is essential to strengthening student recruitment, developing local partnerships, and increasing SEK’s brand visibility within its area of influence. We require a proactive profile with strong initiative in the field—capable of identifying growth opportunities, connecting with companies, associations and institutions, and ensuring the best brand experience on campus.
Main Functions
Marketing & Communication
- Implement and adapt the Group’s marketing plan to the school’s needs.
- Coordinate the local execution of events, fairs and support Open Days.
- Ensure brand consistency in all local communications aligned with SEK standards.
- Analyse marketing and sales performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions.
- Develop multichannel content, including creation and management of the school’s social media (with support from the Communications department).
- Conduct constant monitoring and analysis of local competitors.
Commercial Development & B2B Relations
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local companies, institutions and organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to identify commercial opportunities.
- Represent the school at local events, educational forums and business meetings.
- Detect and channel collaboration opportunities with local stakeholders.
Management & Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between the school and the Group’s Central Marketing Department.
- Coordinate local suppliers and support the production of promotional materials.
Requirements
Academic background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields.
Professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
- Experience managing commercial or institutional (B2B) relationships.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Data-driven mindset with strong KPI and ROI orientation.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and institutional representation skills.
- Experience in multicultural or international environments is a plus.
Languages
- English: minimum B2 level (C1 preferred).
- Catalan: required.
IT Skills
- Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud is a plus).

Contract type: Permanent contract 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (some Saturdays per year due to Open Days)
