The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and customers to gather requirements, support solution design, coordinate testing activities, and assist in successful system implementations.
Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define and validate project scope, ensuring stakeholder alignment and approval.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors during solution design and configuration activities.
• Support BY WMS solution design and configuration to ensure business requirements are met.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Validate end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data exchanges.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue tracking and resolution.
• Assist in preparing solutions for production deployment and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and participate in project rollout activities as required.
• Work effectively in both remote and onsite project environments across Europe.
Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Distribution environments.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (BY WMS).
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills • Experience in WMS implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• Knowledge of system integrations and data validation processes.
• Experience working within Retail or 3 PL environments.
