The Change Experience, Engagement & Learning (CE&L) team is passionate about the people-side of change and drives holistic technology change experiences. This ensures that investments in tools and technology are successfully adopted by people. You will lead Organisational Change Management planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As part of a dynamic, global team, you will leverage understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to plan and manage change initiatives across two projects : one focused on overall OCM activities and another on Learning and Training.
Requirements :
* Create communications and communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences for IT-driven changes.
* Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and ensure compliance.
* Develop innovative communication campaigns addressing complex topics.
* Simplify and streamline communication processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on function-specific communication strategies for complex IT changes.
* Advise on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans, selecting optimal channels and media.
* Execute end-to-end user communication strategies and oversee their implementation.
* Identify training needs, analyze results, and develop or improve learning programs.
* Partner with domain and product leads to assess training needs and define content criteria.
* Manage logistics for designing, preparing, delivering, and assessing IT training programs.
* Ensure learning content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with communication and change strategies.
* Develop and deliver training using adult learning theories, incorporating modalities like microlearning, face-to-face, and e-learning.
* Create engaging training materials in various formats such as guides, presentations, and videos.
* Engage audiences using Change Management strategies (e.g., ADKAR, Lewis models) for effective knowledge transfer.
* Review and update learning content regularly; evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
* Apply change management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving behavioral change.
* Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
* Manage resistance to communication plans and promote change adoption and advocacy.
* Provide strategic direction for IT training content at Informatics.
* Partner with domain and product leads, and advise on resource management to optimize efficiencies.
* Build strong relationships, inspire teams, and collaborate across diverse groups.
* Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, presenting complex ideas clearly.
* Manage projects proactively, multitasking in dynamic environments.
* Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Stay informed about emerging technologies and translate technical jargon for users.
* Apply organizational change management and instructional design methodologies.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in English.
* Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
* Minimum of three years' experience in Organizational Change Management.
