The project!
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. This role will manage the complete payroll cycle in Iberia, ensure compliance with labor procedures, and serve as a liaison between the company and the payroll provider.
What will the role entail?
* Managing labor procedures from contract initiation to completion, including contracts, changes in working hours, maternity / paternity leave, settlements, and absenteeism management.
* Managing SAP processes such as registration, cancellation, contract extraction, severance payments, income tax calculation, payroll processing, absence recording, and contribution file generation.
* Calculating payroll accounting commissions.
* Managing Social Security (Siltra) and preparing Personal Income Tax calculations, regularizations, and settlements.
* Handling social security payments, including sending, receiving, and confirming transactions.
* Managing the Social Security Network System.
* Handling SEPE platform processes, including and issuing company certificates.
