Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)
- With Accommodation: 1050 €
- Without Accommodation: 1251 €
Accommodation: Fully equipped shared apartment with utilities included. Available only to candidates relocating from 100 km+ away.

What You Will Do
- Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers.
- Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates.
- Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (written & spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer‑facing sales, telesales, etc.).
- Strong communication & problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon.
- EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa.
Location & Schedule
- On‑site position in Lisbon.
- Rotative shifts between 06:00‑22:00, Monday‑Sunday.
- 40 h/week (8 h/day + 1 h break).
