Key Responsibilities:
* Order processing via phone, email, and SAP.
* Managing shipments and deliveries with 3PL warehouses.
* Handling returns and claims management.
* Customer query resolution for both external and internal clients.
* Influencing and optimizing customer purchasing behavior.
* Coordinating order management and stock levels.
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and timely processing of orders.
* Providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
* Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in English.
* Advanced Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or related.
* In-depth knowledge of international export regulations.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in global logistics, specifically exports operations in the pharmaceutical sector.
