BI Platform Administrator & Business Process Manager – Driving Data Intelligence & Operational Excellence

Hybrid role (2–days/week onsite)
Experience Required: 2-5 years in BI administration or business process design
Languages: English (German or other languague is a plus)
Qualification: Degree in Information Systems, Business Engineering, or related
Position Overview
We are looking for a BI Platform Administrator & Business Process Manager to lead and enhance our internal BI tools and data platform (MS Fabrics). This hybrid role blends technical platform management with cross-functional process improvement, supporting digital transformation across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage, maintain, and develop the internal BI platform (MS Fabrics / Power Platform)
2. Translate business needs into effective BI and data solutions
3. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and user adoption across departments
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and enable data-driven decision-making
5. Drive digitalization initiatives across ERP, data, and reporting flows
6. Propose improvements and build roadmap for BI governance and structure
What You Bring
7. Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools, Power Platform, or MS Fabrics
8. Solid understanding of business processes in manufacturing, logistics, or finance
9. Ability to act as a bridge between IT and business teams
10. Proactive mindset and ability to propose technical and functional solutions
