Job Summary
Packaging Material Business control team is looking for a Factory Controller to be based in La Rioja, Argentina. As part of PM business control team and La Rioja factory management team, you will be responsible to drive performance, ensure compliance to company policies & procedures & plan, monitor & deliver on the financial targets of the factory and PM Supply. This position will report to the Business Control Manager.

What you will do
As a Factory Controller, you will:
- Report and analyse supply chain KPIs for actual and budget.
- Analyse, provide forecast and budget input and support Central Pricing & Costing unit in product costing.
- Build, prepare and perform follow-up of business cases (initial assumptions, benefit simulations, case preparation and follow up of realization) on investments and other cases.
- Lead local cost pillar and support the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) culture in the factory.
- Ensure compliance to corporate governance policies & procedures and drive internal control monitoring.
- Coach, advise or train factory team and support the various areas as their Finance Business Partner
We believe you have
- Bachelor´s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related.
- Preferably a master's degree (MA, MBA or equivalent)
- At least 2-3 years of relevant Business Controlling experience
- Factory / WCM knowledge and experience are considered a strong plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI and SAP R/3
- Advanced English proficiency
