Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales Country Manager
- Residing in Valencia
Responsibilities
- Define the local strategy in alignment with the company's general vision and objectives.
- Lead and oversee key areas (sales, marketing, operations, and support) to ensure sustainable growth.
- Manage the country's P&L;, controlling costs, investments, and profit margins.
- Develop the local market by identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company to clients, partners, institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the team, fostering corporate culture and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to the international management team on results, forecasts, and market developments.
