As an
XVT Business Analyst
in XVT, your mission will involve close collaboration within the XVA Product Team (Quants Team, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Methodology, Admission, Internal Model Validation, the XVA Trading Desk, and Sales).Your primary responsibilities will include gathering, documenting, analyzing business requirements, processes, and workflows.You will oversee the definition and monitoring of the data provisioning process for the in-house engine, transitioning to a modular process computation.Coordinate data dumps (base scenario and stress tests) for various layers of the data lake.Collaborate with XVA developers to support technical developments ensuring accurate valuations and compliance with regulatory projects related to Regulatory Capital.Work closely with technical teams to prevent data inconsistencies across systems.Your role will also involve providing support to teams, understanding their criteria and requirements, and facilitating process improvements.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own actors and technologies, meeting requirements and deadlines.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
**Required qualifications:
**- Over 3 years of experience in:
- CIB Markets projects- Risks projects- Knowledge of financial derivatives (OTC)- Experience with Trading Desk & Risk metrics, preferably in Valuation Adjustments (XVA)
**Preferred skills:
**- Knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk Engines and metrics- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)- Familiarity with corporate tools like Service Now, Control-M, Hue, Go Portal- Advanced analytical skills in Database Management, Spark, Scala, Data Lake, SQL, Cloud- Experience with interfaces, microservices, REST APIs- Programming skills in Java, Python, or C++ are a plus.**Soft skills:
**- Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability- Proactivity, results-oriented, high analytical capacity- Collaborative and business-oriented attitude
**Languages:
**- English (C1 proficiency)- Spanish (native)
